Refund Policy
Aspire2d (ABN 74 775 759 238) is committed to providing quality products and services.
This Refund Policy is governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Our policies do not limit or exclude any rights you have under the ACL.
1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
1.1 Our products and services come with consumer guarantees under the ACL that cannot be excluded. If a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy.
1.2 For a major failure, you are entitled to:
• A refund, replacement, or repair (for goods)
• A refund or re-supply of the service (for services)
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
1.3 For a minor failure, we may choose to provide a repair, replacement, or remedy rather than a refund.
2. When We Will Provide a Refund
A refund will be provided where:
• Aspire2d is unable to deliver a product or service for which you have paid
• The product or service has a major fault or failure and cannot be remedied
• The product or service does not match its description or is not fit for its stated purpose
• You have been charged an amount greater than the advertised price (a refund of the difference will be provided)
• You are otherwise entitled to a refund under the ACL
3. Digital Downloads — No Refund Policy
3.1 All Aspire2d products are delivered as digital downloads. Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded.
3.2 Refunds will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law — for example, where a product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be delivered. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
4. When We Will Not Provide a Refund
Except as required by the ACL, refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection or choice
• Change of personal circumstances or financial hardship
• Failure to read the product description, course information, or website policies prior to purchase
• Finding a lower price elsewhere after purchase
• Inability or unwillingness to meet the requirements of a course
• An employer or organisation not recognising or accepting a course qualification
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 To request a refund, please email hello@aspire2d.com.au with:
• Your full name and order number
• The product or service you are requesting a refund for
• The reason for your refund request
5.2 We will review your request and respond within three (3) business days.
