Aspire To Dental (Aspire2d) was founded by Renata Emilianowicz to provide practical, industry-specific training and resources for dental reception teams, practice managers and practice owners.

With more than 33 years of experience in private dental practice, Renata has worked across almost every area of a dental business — from dental assisting and infection control to front desk coordination, customer service, treatment coordination, practice management, consulting and team training. This hands-on experience forms the foundation of every Aspire2d resource.

Aspire2d was created with a simple goal: to help dental professionals and their support teams build confidence, develop practical skills and create successful careers within the dental industry.

From Dental Assisting to Practice Management

Renata began her dental career in Melbourne in 1992 as a trainee dental assistant. Over the following decades she progressed through a variety of clinical, administrative and leadership roles, including Senior Dental Assistant, Front Desk Coordinator, Hygiene Coordinator, Practice Coordinator and Dental Practice Manager.

Along the way, she discovered a passion for patient experience, customer service, team development and business performance. She saw first-hand the vital role that front desk teams and practice managers play in creating exceptional patient care and successful dental practices.

In 2009, Renata completed her Diploma of Practice Management and went on to help dental practices improve systems, team performance, patient retention, scheduling, recalls and business growth.

Meet Renata

Renata Emilianowicz is Melbourne born and bred, a dental practice management consultant, trainer and founder of Aspire2d. She holds a Certificate in Dental Assisting and a Diploma of Practice Management. Renata has completed extensive professional development through leading practice management, leadership and business growth programs throughout her career.

Today, she continues to work within dental practices while developing educational resources that help dental teams across Australia build stronger careers, better systems and more successful practices.
