Meet the Founders

ADAAMA was founded in 2023 by experienced dental practice managers, consultants and educators, Renata Emilianowicz and Sharon Lee, who share a passion for supporting the professionals who keep dental practices running successfully behind the scenes.

Sharon Lee

ADAAMA Co-Founder

Sharon is passionate about dentistry, having started her career at the tender age of 17. She soon found her purpose which was in the business of dentistry, and after coaching many dentists in the UK on dental business, she emigrated to Perth WA in 2009.

In 2010 Sharon created her first dental business in Western Australia called Resolve – Dental Management Solutions, a successful business supporting practice owners to grow their dental business, employing 3 consultants to support her.

A dream to build her own dental practice finally came to fruition in 2017 having secured premises and building QVC Dental Baldivis from scratch, she took this practice from zero to 3,500 patients in 18 months, with 5 dentists and 12 dental staff. QVC Dental Port Kennedy soon followed, and again was built from scratch into a successful sister practice to QVC Dental Baldivis.

The dream continued in 2020 when she bought an old denture clinic to convert into a 3 treatment roomed dental practice. Employing 4 dentists and 6 supporting staff as well an OHT and a Practice Manager to run the practice enabling Sharon to continue on her path to create ADAAMA.

Sharon has also founded Dental Brand Connect and KindPause, and Resolve Dental Consultancy. When Sharon is not doing what she loves (dentistry) you will find her on the beach with her 6 grandchildren, and enjoying the outdoors!
